4. Course Enrollment and Payment
Enrollment Process
Course enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of payment. We reserve the right to refuse enrollment or cancel courses due to insufficient enrollment, instructor unavailability, or other circumstances.
Payment Terms
Course fees are listed in euros and must be paid in full before course commencement unless payment plan arrangements have been made. Prices may change without notice, but enrolled students will honor the rate at time of enrollment.
Refund Policy
Refund eligibility depends on timing:
- More than 14 days before course start: Full refund minus administrative fee
- 7-14 days before course start: 50% refund
- Less than 7 days before or after course start: No refund
5. Intellectual Property Rights
Our Content
All content provided through our courses, including text, graphics, videos, presentations, and other materials, remains the property of Social Sphere. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use course materials for personal educational purposes only.
Restrictions
You may not:
- Reproduce, distribute, or sell course materials
- Create derivative works from our content
- Remove copyright or proprietary notices
Student Work
You retain ownership of work you create during courses. By submitting work for feedback or portfolio use, you grant us a limited license to use it for educational and promotional purposes.
6. Disclaimers and Limitations

Our training courses are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that courses will meet your specific requirements or that training will lead to particular employment outcomes.
No Guarantees
We make no claims about employment prospects, income potential, or social media performance results. Success depends on individual effort, prior experience, market conditions, and factors beyond our control.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Finnish law, Social Sphere's liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific course in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.
Platform Changes
Social media platforms change their features, algorithms, and policies independently. We are not responsible for platform modifications that may affect techniques taught in our courses.
7. Course Modifications and Cancellations
We reserve the right to modify course content, schedules, or instructors as needed. If we cancel a course, enrolled students receive full refunds or may transfer to alternative courses.
Material changes to course content or scheduling will be communicated to enrolled students with reasonable notice.
8. Termination
By You
You may discontinue using our services at any time. Refund eligibility follows the policy outlined in Section 4.
By Us
We may terminate access to our services if you violate these terms, engage in prohibited activities, or for other legitimate reasons. In such cases, you may not be entitled to refunds.
Effect of Termination
